UnifiedErie was formed in 2010 with the purpose of reducing crime and violence in Erie County, Pennsylvania. It began with law enforcement, but soon branched out to encompass prevention, and reentry.
The is a collaborative effort, with invested members coming from multiple disciplines to work together on this important issue.

THE THREE PRONG APPROACH
UnifiedErie is based on a three prong approach to reducing violence in Erie County Pennsylvania. We believe that no one prong will be able to solve this problem alone.
Together, these three prongs hold the key to transforming our community.
We prevent the problems we can, we enforce on those currently involved in violence, and we provide resources and help to those reentering our community after incarceration.
